Welcome to Markel's 5383 Fandango Blogspot!

I am completing my last year in the MATC program at Texas Tech while also serving as Director of Support Services for a regional printing company and raising three yunguns'. I live in Bryan, Texas in the shadow of Texas A&M University where I completed undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Business.

    Greetings Markel. Although my MS is from the University of Texas at Austin, I'm thinking that's not going to interfere with our ability to work together in this class (smile). Congrats on finishing up your MATC work this year. I too am looking forward to a great semester at Tech and to learning a lot in this class.

    Rich pointed me to your blog. I'm the phd student in TCR who lives in Bryan, although I should point out there's actually TWO phd TCR students in Bryan.
